Important: This Privacy Policy applies only to our waitlist and related communications. Once our dating/connection app launches, a separate Privacy Policy will govern your use of the app.

•       Active Waitlist: We keep your information while you remain on the waitlist and until the app launches.

•       After App Launch: If you do not create an account within 90 days of receiving your app invitation, we may delete your waitlist data or anonymize it for analytics purposes.

•       Opt-Out: If you unsubscribe from all communications, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

•       Legal Retention: We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6.1 All Users

•       Opt-Out of Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. You can opt-out of text messages by replying STOP to any text.

•       Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on waitlist updates and promotional offers. You may receive approximately 2-5 messages per month.

•       Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

•       Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

•       Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining the waitlist or using Ready to Mingle™.
