Waitlist Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 6, 2026
These Waitlist Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ready to Mingle™ waitlist operated by RTM Technologies LLC, a Wyoming corporation ("Ready to Mingle™," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Waitlist Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Ready to Mingle™ waitlist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Waitlist Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not join the waitlist.
2. Eligibility
To join the Ready to Mingle™ waitlist, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old. Our waitlist and future app are intended for adults only. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to join the waitlist.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the signup process.
• Be a resident of the United States.
3. The Waitlist
3.1 Purpose
The waitlist is a pre-launch registration system that allows you to express interest in Ready to Mingle™'s upcoming dating/connection app. By joining the waitlist, you may receive updates, early access opportunities, and promotional communications related to the app.
3.2 No Guarantee of Access
Important: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:
• That the Ready to Mingle™ app will launch
• That you will receive early access or an invitation to the app
• A specific timeline for app launch or invitations
• Any features, pricing, or terms of the future app
The waitlist is provided on an "as is" basis, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist at any time without notice or liability.
3.3 Waitlist Position
Your position on the waitlist may change based on factors such as signup date, location, engagement, or other criteria determined by Ready to Mingle™ in its sole discretion. We do not guarantee that invitations or access will be provided in the order of waitlist signup.
4. User Obligations
By joining the waitlist, you agree to:
• Provide Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when signing up for the waitlist. You are responsible for updating your information if it changes.
• One Account Per Person: You may only create one waitlist account. Creating multiple accounts or using false information may result in removal from the waitlist.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You may not use the waitlist for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, or attempting to manipulate your waitlist position.
• Comply with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
5. Our Rights
Ready to Mingle™ reserves the following rights:
• Remove Users: We may remove any user from the waitlist at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. This includes removal for violating these Terms, providing false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Modify or Terminate the Waitlist: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the waitlist at any time without prior notice.
• Change Invitation Criteria: We may change the criteria for invitations, early access, or app launch at our sole discretion.
• Use Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us about the waitlist or the future app become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution to you.
6. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Ready to Mingle™, including:
• Waitlist updates and status notifications
• Marketing and promotional messages about Ready to Mingle™
• Early access offers and app launch announcements
These communications may be sent via email and, if you opt-in, via text message (SMS). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email. You can opt-out of text messages by replying STOP to any text.
SMS Consent: If you opt-in to receive text messages, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining the waitlist. Message and data rates may apply. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Ready to Mingle™ waitlist and future app are owned by RTM Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
"Ready to Mingle™" and all related logos and branding are trademarks of RTM Technologies LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WAITLIST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY TO MINGLE™ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the waitlist will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That the Ready to Mingle™ app will launch or be available to you
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY TO MINGLE™ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WAITLIST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Delays or failures in receiving waitlist updates or invitations
• Cancellation or suspension of the waitlist
• Failure to launch the Ready to Mingle™ app
IN NO EVENT SHALL READY TO MINGLE™'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready to Mingle™ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the waitlist, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
11.1 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the waitlist shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
Arbitration shall take place in Laramie County, Wyoming, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
11.2 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH READY TO MINGLE™ ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11.3 Exceptions
Either party may seek equitable relief (such as an injunction) in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms
• Notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website
Your continued participation in the waitlist after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must leave the waitlist.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Waitlist Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ready to Mingle™ regarding your use of the waitlist and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of these Terms must be in writing and signed by Ready to Mingle™.
